Logo Reproduction : $15.00 each, providing black and white camera-ready artwork to size is supplied. If not to size add $10.00. If not black and white add $10.00.

Production Time : 3 weeks.
Calender Pads :

Two color- 5"x 2 1/2". (English Version).
Different pad styles cannot be combined in the same order. Please be sure to indicate which is wanted.
